Who we are

What we collect

We collect only what we need to provide our services:

• Appointment details — your name, phone number, email address and service selection, collected when you book. Bookings are handled by Square, and the information you enter there is held by Square under its own privacy policy.
• Order details — if you purchase a product, your name, contact details and shipping address are collected and processed by Square to fulfil the order. We never see or store your full card details.
• Messages — anything you send us by email, phone or social media.

This website does not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics cookies.

How we use it

To schedule and confirm appointments, send booking reminders and checkout messages by text, fulfil product orders, respond to your enquiries, and keep the records a business is required to keep. Booking confirmations and reminders are sent through Square using the contact details you provide at booking.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that make the business run — principally Square, which processes our bookings and payments — and where we are legally required to.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. You can opt out of appointment reminders at any time by telling us, though it may make managing your booking harder. Email inknailbar@gmail.com and we will respond as quickly as we can.

Children

Services for children are booked by a parent or guardian, and any information relating to a child is provided and controlled by them. This website is not directed at children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted here with a new date at the top.
