New clients; welcome to I.N.K. Nail Bar. I ask that all new clients come with bare nails or book a Removal Add-On to your appointment. The integrity of your nails is important to us. Being able to inspect your nail beds prior to your first service insures we are beginning with a healthy INKperience.

To secure an appointment a $25.00, nonrefundable, deposit is required at the time of booking. After your selection, you will be prompted to make your payment. Your deposit will be applied to the total of your service.

If you need to reschedule your appointment, at least 24 hrs. notice is required. Your deposit can be transferred to only ONE booking change. Any change thereafter will require another $25.00 non-refundable deposit.

When running late, please send a courtesy message before or within the fifteen-minute grace period allotted to avoid cancellation of your appointment and forfeiting your deposit. Keep in mind, when late, your service may be altered if time does not permit to complete the full service you booked.

If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so, at least 48 hrs. before scheduled appointment time. At I.N.K. Nail Bar, each appointment is reserved exclusively for you. To honor appointment times and respect all clients, No-call, No-show appointments forfeit any deposit, and will require 100% of the service paid in advance for any future bookings. We deeply appreciate your respect for our time.

When booking a fill-in, note that although your nail enhancement may be intact, and still look presentable, after 4 weeks, it is considered a new set and you will be charged accordingly. On average most well manicured nails can last several weeks but after the 4 week mark your nails become unbalanced. This is due to the apex (strongest point of your nails) growing past its effective placement, leaving your nails susceptible to breakage and lifting. At this point, an overhaul is necessary to re-balance and reshape the nails. This requires more time and product than an up-to-date fill-in. Please check the date of your last appointment and select your services accordingly.

A form is provided, at time of booking, requesting contact information. Booking confirmation, reminders and checkout correspondence are sent via text message.
